Desperate – if a girl will alwsy try her very best to get the guy's attention.
Good friend or lover – both should always contain sincerity and honesty in all actions and words.

A guy might think a woman is desperate or lonely because some women act desperate and/or lonely. There are still plenty of women out there who think they 'need' a man in their life.
No, it's not hard to believe some men and women have the same interests. That happens to be one of the reasons some couples get along so well.
What does having the same interests as a guy have to do with anyone being a wh0re?
A good friend is someone who will stick by you through good and bad, tell you when they disagree with you or when you've screwed up, but love you anyway. I don't know what you mean by "lofer"…not familiar with that word.
